This bug goes back about 4 months - I didn't see any patch notes about the fix but as of a few days ago things were working as they used to.
With all the problems recently this seemed like time for a thank you. Now rez the bleeping gerbils and get the servers up!
The cannot stay queued for dungeons when doing IAs bug is fixed hooray.
