NA Server Downtime July 24th 8:30 PM

This is just ridiculous. Is the world event going to last longer to compensate for all the time that we couldn't access?
What about us patron holders who have paid REAL MONEY for bonuses that we don't have access to because of this, not like the month is on a "days logged in" basis...
A little downtime for updates is fine, and trust me I understand that you do need to bring them down to fix and tweak - the problem is how many times this is happening and for how long this is happening...
