Tempest sound effects

I was wondering if anybody else has issues with Tempest sound effects being wonky?

For example, on my Mathosian Shock Pulse sounds like you're picking up money (???) and Skyfall is fine.

On my Bahmi, Shock Pulse is fine but Skyfall makes no sound.

Any ideas?
