Unless Dead Simon got them hooked up the Artifact Merchant, then no, they ram and bat NPCs will not be on the store when 3.7 goes live. I snuck those in very last minute. They will be added to the merchant at a later date for those that have completed those artifact sets.

The contents are not bound. Going forward, I am trying to keep to a minimum any new dimension items getting soul (or account) bound.
