Problem related to connection, shard hopping, and "No Internet Access" after that.

It's my First time posting in the forums,and is about a Connection related Problem.

I'm harvesting Sarleaf and Thalasite ore with my character (That is from Wolfsbane Shard) or relaxing in my private Dimension, and it doesn't disconnect me that frequently to me, so No Problems from there.

But where the problem starts is that anytime that i'm moving to another Shard, like Seastone (for harvesting, diaphanous cloth farming, to Instant Adventures and anything that has to move me to other shard), the game disconnects me, and ends up putting the yellow triangle at the internet connection, the “No Internet Access”), and i've to wait for the Internet to connect again to use it, but it happens anytime that i'm doing that.

Anyways, can the tech support team can help me? Or which solutions I can do to help me in that situation? Or it is a server A,B,C,D,E Issue or Transfer Speed issue? Cause the modem model that i'm using is an Arcadyan VRV9519WAC23, and in the moment i'm having 130 to 144.5 Mbps.

Is there any solution to this?
