I couldn't think of better title so plz no hate.
So, I came across a T4 Primalist weapon pre-upgraded drop without Tower Sigils. I believe it was bugged drop from Lord Fionn .

Base Weapon:

I believe the person hasn't killed Fionn on HM to even think It is a HM drop.

So, you need 4 tower Sigil to get same stat as a droped loot from Fionn. WHAT?

Can I also get fully upgraded T4 2h. You can find my char name in sig ;)

While we at it Warrior One hander with 8% dmg proc is STILL missing from loot tables aswell as PTS gear box. (Already reported to support they said nothing helpful at end)
