I've reported this last week and this week still no answer from Trion. I didn't finish the Carnage Ascended quest in Tempest Bay the week of the quest, rather finished the next week, went to turn in click finish and nothing happens it still says finished.This has happened to 2 different characters, so be aware if you don't finish the week of you won't get credit.
