Boss mechanics

Hi a returning player from 2012 or something.

I have been studying builds and guides on what to do, Then I discovered the instant adventures and I have been having a blast with them. One problem, though I have no idea how the bosses work. Ok, some are simple MMO mechanics i.e. don't stand in stuff that kills you. But some are more difficult to figure out and nobody seems to have time to explain them.

Like yesterday this some justice lady and some sort of scale counter. No idea what to do .

So is there some up to date guide on the mechanics I could look at. And same goes for the 5 man dungeons, too scared to go there if i mess up.
