In HM Duke Eblius, there's a lot of Sacrificial Thrall which you cant get near to, so if you are melee the best is to rotate ranged DoTs on all of the Sacrificial Thrall.
Clicking them is kind of inconvenient, especially if they are close to the Skirmishers.
Is there a way for a macro like 'target Thrall' to rotate between the thralls instead of stay targetting on only one of it?
make 'target' macro to rotate targets
