So I've been working on the Ultimate hunter acheviement for a few weeks and got it down to two rares left, Glogg the Ravenous and Nela Valcuthren. Up until this point I've had little trouble shard hopping and checking every few hours in the spawn locations to find the rares but these two elude me. Is there something that says they spawn less than the others or am I just being unlucky? I've heard some rares only spawn on server reset?
