Dungeons are fairly easy now and raids have been nerfed. As this is an MMO, the solo aspects generally end when you hit 65 (unless you are one of those dimensioneer types). Most of the best gear comes from raids. The best essences come from a crafted rng boxes that require a mat obtained from credit-based minion missions to craft. The best seal right now is either NMR or crafted, however the Summerfest event seal will be better.
