The primal avatar of bugs

So after the rework from Berserker his avatar is still not working.
After mentioned it multiple times and even shoving it under the nose of someone during the livestream this ability is still not working since the release of Primalist(9months+).
If you want to know what is wrong: Read the tooltip, look at the buffs you get and fix it.

If you don`t find the error I would recommend looking for a different job.
