Storm Shroud Bug

Issue:

Casting any skill after Storm Shroud ( mage skill ) causes the main skill bar to jump back to position 1.

Tested this in other bars and it still causes the main bar to switch. This obviously makes setting up bars 2-6 impossible if incorporating that skill.

Repeatable 100% of the time.
