pls modify 2handed warmonger weapons

The proc of twohanded dps warmonger weapons is much much weaker (unless) in pvp than the "Ice Zerker Proc" of the offhand dps warmonger weapons.
So devs can you modify the proc so that it is equal to the one- + offhand, or better just give the 2hand weapons the proc of the 1 hand +offhand?
