Path of Pain quest - where to start?

I'm on the quest to find Rahm Chulum in PTW and I need to find something of his that will help Urtiel to do a spell to locate him. The problem is that the map shows no marker to indicate where to look. I've learned that I'm looking for a wedding ring but not where to search for it.

I've tried the usual approaches; drop the quest and get it again, zoom way in or way out on the map, even tried shard-hopping.

Is there supposed to be a map marker ? Or is it just "wander around and hope" ?
