My my dream dimension!

Hi guys!

I play Rift only since a few months and I don´t have a big experience with dimensions, but I would want to build my own dimension or buy one which looks how I like.

I want to have a dimension in which I can build a large hall and the iron throne from game of thrones. Outside I want to build 1-3 arenas for PvP(1vs1,3vs3,..etc.). In my demension I either want to be winter with snow or summer with green grass and have trees or look like a forest, but the forest and the trees should be somewhere far away or close, so that I can go out of my place(where is the hall and the arenas) and go in the forest. The forest should look similar to the forest in Romania.

My question, is it possible to build something like this?
