Why not lower the points necessary for OOP and Fervor, so bards can be multifaceted! Playing NightBard is truly fun and pumps out the dps however you do not have fervor or OOP!
You could mix and match so many souls to play it how you want and not just a cookie cutter for raids. I think it might work.. Thoughts? Accusations?
