Lvl 67 dummy in dim is weaker than the one in choreburg?

I'm doing about 5k more dps on my dummy in dimension compare to the one in choreburg.
I thought latency might be a factor so i switched to 1 button shaman, still doing about 1-2k more im dim.

Both are 'Raid Boss Practice Dummy', Level 67, 119.2M hp. I have parsed several times, yielding consistent results.

Does anyone have similar experience?
