I think this would be an awesome idea as we only have the wall to post on at the moment. This is generally an issue seeing as people post stuff to the wall and just push down any other content written there.
Most if not all mods seem to crash the game or halt login if the guild is too large. So a calendar would be great where we can post guilds/events and make it possible for guildies to signup.
Is this possible? I have seen some games do it and it would be a really nice feature to have in Rift. This can also be used to have weekly events like a 10% boost to abyssal marks or even some sort of dungeon event making them give special marks for mounts/gear.
