Got a Few Suggestions

So, I came up with a few different suggestions and figured I'd post them here.

1. Open Port Scion as a zone in 4.0. This will make sense with the next suggestion.

2. 4.0 should be about the Plane of Death and what happens after the death of Regulos. Maybe someone else takes over, or maybe the Plane of Death is in a state of chaos.

3. Make a 2-player Chronicle version of the Regulos fight in Endless Eclipse. Especially if my previous idea happens, it would make non-raiders not be confused about a lack of Regulos.

4. Meridian and Sanctum dimensions. We have a dimension of a good chunk of Tempest Bay, why not have ones of Meridian and Sanctum. What I'm thinking is that they are crafted by someone with 450 Dream Weaver, they don't bind, and they have the highest maximum for dimension items that exists in the game.
