ESTRANGED BREW QUEST

I finished the Strange Brew quest and went back to turn it in to Lenny but when I click on him and hit finish it is telling me that "You cannot have anymore of this item". Is this a bug? I completed the quest last year with no problems. I put in a ticket but no response. Can anyone please help me. This is the last quest on this line I have to finish. Thank you
