Error 3300 "There was an error downloading streaming updates"

Happening for the past 13 hours

192.9 MB remains to be downloaded.

no matter what I try, at 20-30 MB downloaded, it throws a 3300 error and the download meter goes back to 192.9 MB remaining. I've tried "cancel"ing the download between values 1-20 MB (if it worked like normal, the "192.9 mb remains to be downloaded" would show something like "185.2 mb remains to be downloaded") but it does not change the counter.
