Badge and bracelets from fishing

I did a few hours of fishing at POW deep water with enduring trophy lure, did not receive any badge/bracelet.

Is it only obtainable by fishing at those special summerfest ponds? If so, how many badges and bracelets have u obtained in how many hours, and using what lures?
