Ashora Explora Achievement

I apologize if this is post is not in the right spot.

I am more than a little peeved over the fact that I cannot earn the Ashora Explora achievement due to the inaccessibility of The Biofoundry. Apparently one can only gain access to it during/90 minutes after the Volan event (aka Dreams of Blood and Bone, aka Shattered Dreams). I've been watching/waiting for weeks as The Biofoundry is the only area I have not yet "discovered" for the Sore Foot achievement (discovering all areas of Brevane + Dusken).

None of the other "discovery" achievements involve inaccessible areas. If an achievement must be based on occurrence of an event, then that event should be available on a regular basis; but I have yet to see it even once despite the fact that I am on daily at a variety of hours.

I really hope someone in a position to remedy this will read this post and make the event more available. Thank you.
