About that time to officially call it a major bug with today's patch and um, perhaps maybe roll back to 3.6 and PTS 3.7 a bit more huh?

Judging by the change of the Intrepid IA from the new one to the Madness one which was the spotlight prior, and now the "intrepid", is clear that they must have an issue with IA, at the very least. However, after that change was made, we still went down 3 more times. So, that isn't it or all that's wrong.

At least, from what I can tell, no db roll backs have occurred so the data is ok. And EU seems to be fine last I was on, unless their status has changed too. Are they experiencing similar issues?
