decision was made for me

let me start this off by saying I am a patron and have been for quite a while so this isn't a F2P qq games down wtf post.

for a while i was at a point where i thought there was nothing left to contribute to this game because ive seen nothing but steps in the wrong direction and yet i was on the edge of buying credits to get some of the summerfest fluff(minions mostly).

the game being down for the better of 2 whole days is pretty disheartening especially since it follows up a garbage patch where nothing was done(cold front nerf lol). it was a holiday week and right before a "major patch" so i kind of forgave and it and chalked it up to maybe they're just working 3.7 so its flawless, good joke.

this sort of loss in faith for the quality of the game has been increasing for a while. gms not even responding to tickets or getting a copy paste cookie cutter response for an irrelevant issue, critical developers going mia, class devs no longer being a thing. it just makes me question where the priorities are and wonder how out of touch the decision makers are with the player base.

i sincerely think the decision makers need to sit down with the people actually in touch with the players of the game and work some things out. Revamping mana drain is just a gross waste of time, time being something that we've been told so often is a precious resource that effects decision making on what to work on.

Because this instability is the most recent issue can we just get an answer or something, i dont want free patron time i want clarity, something that has been lacking in recent events. if somethings an exploit tell us, if the servers are broken tell us and leave them down until its fixed. last night, wednesday night(patch day) was a ******* mess 5 minutes on if you're lucky and 15 minutes watching last shard played unavailable. did nothing get fixed overnight because the same garbage happened during peak hours.

i guess my point is i cant see myself contributing to something so secretive and ineffective. i get that the people behind the scenes are human and make errors but in the professional world there are contingency plans. i feel as though "oh **** our game is broken" is reason to work overtime(if there isn't a 3rd shift of employees) and maybe go off the grid for a couple days to sleep off the long night of debugging errors and what not to get it to actually work. my personal opinion just seems that the company or focus on this game particularly is shrinking to a dangerous level.

all the hype into 3.7 for server unavailable
